1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
2. Period and statement
The period starts on the day you or a named third party receives the goods. Withdrawal must be made by a clear statement by e-mail or letter.

3. Consequences of withdrawal
We reimburse all payments including the least expensive standard delivery no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal notice. You must return the goods within fourteen days and bear the direct return costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions and model form
