1. Shipping area
Shipping is available to the countries selectable in checkout.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by availability, production, public holidays, customs or shipping providers.
3. VAT and small business exemption
Due to the small business exemption under § 6(1)(27) Austrian VAT Act, VAT is not charged or shown.
4. Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These costs are borne by customers.
5. Payment methods and security
Available payment methods are shown in the secure Shopify checkout. Payment data is transmitted encrypted; we generally do not receive full credit card or payment details.
